Happy mind

Your mindset is fundamental; it impacts your whole life. There are two types of mindsets: fixed and growth. A fixed mindset is one-sided; the person doesn’t think about possibilities. While a growth mindset is where the person believes anything can happen. For example, during a failure, a person with a fixed mindset will see the failure as a disaster and lose motivation to try again as they think they will fail again. A person with a growth mindset will see this failure as an opportunity to learn from the mistake and keep moving forward.

Keep in mind it is possible to change your mindset. To do this you must challenge yourself with new opportunities, perspectives, and experiences
