I love lemons, I always like to put it in my water to give a refreshing taste. Occasionally when I have time I make my own wellness shot, which mainly consists of lemons, honey, ginger, turmeric, and depend on my mood I put other ingredients in.
Lemons help with losing weight, regulating blood sugar, it is antioxidant, provides vitamin C, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
